Fulfillment & Return Policy

Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified. If 30 days have gone by since the date your order was received from our warehouse, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of return shipping is solely the responsibility of you, the customer. Exceptions to this policy may be granted if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item(s). Please contact customer service if this is the case. There are no credits, refunds or other costs that Eagle Ridge Apparel will incur for you to return any item purchased from any of our websites.

Please include your invoice with your order, along with a note explaining your reason for returning the item(s). Please specify if you would prefer:

1) Refund

2) In-Store Credit (in the form of a Gift Card)

3) Exchange* 

*If you would like to exchange your item for another of equal value, please list the item, as well as the size, color, etc. if applicable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the subtotal of your order (we do not refund shipping costs) and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company and/or bank, processing time may vary.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Fulfillment & Shipment Disclaimer

All orders are processed with in 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Although our websites may provide shipping time frames, these are only estimates. They are not meant to be promises or commitments of arrival times. Please do not rely on them for your item to arrive according to those dates.. Shipping time frames vary depending on many things including how many orders we receive, status of inventory,  service levels and more. Please be patient and we will contact you with a tracking number as soon as it is available. Eagle Ridge Apparel and all related entities are not responsible and cannot be held liable for the timing and/or quality of any shipping services.
